Orders can be placed by both private customers and professionals.

Registration and access to the site
In order to view product prices and place an order, you must register by filling out the appropriate form. Your registration will be checked and approved manually by our staff during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00). Confirmation of account activation will be sent by e-mail. The process may take several hours or, in some cases, several days.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive:
- An order confirmation from our staff, containing any updates on availability and transport costs.
- An e-mail summarizing the selected items.
⚠️ We recommend that you wait for order confirmation before proceeding with payment, as transport costs may vary or some items may be temporarily unavailable.
Methods of Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer in Advance
- Cash on delivery (only for shipments within Italy)
- Nexi – Pay-by-Link (electronic payment via customized link, sent on request)
- As per Commercial Agreements (reserved exclusively for professional customers with agreed payment terms, e.g. Ri.Ba.)
Bank Transfer
⚠️ Make the payment only after receiving the order confirmation.
Please state the order ID in the reason for the transfer.
Shipment will only take place once the amount has been received in our bank account.
Cash on delivery
C.O.D. payment is only available for orders with delivery in Italy and below € 999 (incl. VAT).
- For orders up to 510 €, there is a fixed surcharge of 4.00 € (incl. VAT).
- For orders from 511 € to 999 €, a surcharge of 1.3% of the total amount (VAT included) applies.
- For amounts over € 999, cash on delivery is not available.
Nexi – Pay-by-Link
Secure electronic payment via personalized link sent by e-mail.
You can pay by credit, debit or prepaid card, even without a Nexi account.
The link is valid for a limited period of time and is tracked to ensure maximum transaction security.
Return Policy
Products may be returned, due to order cancellation or order error, within 14 days from the invoice date, provided that
The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
The products are in the original packaging and complete with all accessories.
Return is authorized in advance by our sales department.
