Transport

For deliveries we offer a delivery service with express couriers with monitoring of the shipment’s progress.

The shipping cost applied will be confirmed in the order confirmation.
At the customer’s request, shipments are also made by courier.
Couriers deliver during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), so we recommend that you indicate a GOODS DESTINATION ADDRESS where the courier will surely find someone to make the delivery.

It is important that you also give us a telephone number in order to facilitate delivery by the courier and avoid delays in the delivery of goods.

When delivering the goods, always check the number (checking with the transport document) and the integrity of the parcels, otherwise please write “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE” on the delivery receipt and promptly inform us.

CP GROUP Srls uses external couriers for shipments, and will therefore not be held responsible for any inconvenience and/or financial damage caused by delays in delivery or loss of the item ordered.

By completing the purchase, the customer implicitly accepts what is described above.

The couriers used for shipments up to 100 kg are Poste Italiane and TNT. For higher weight shipments we use the courier ONE EXPRESS.
